After two years of studying whilst working as a Finance Assistant for King Offa and Glenleigh Park Primary Academies, I completed the Level 4 Apprenticeship for School Business Professionals. The Apprenticeship helped me to develop in my role and further understand the business elements related to a school. I enjoyed being able to work with a variety of colleagues and understand the impact everyone has in creating a successful school environment. Aurora has supported my career progression because I am now working as a Senior Central Finance Assistant for the Trust and I am able to apply the knowledge I gained from the Apprenticeship.
