Sara is the Director of HR at Aurora Academies Trust, and has been with the Trust since June 2022. With over 17 years of experience in human resources, Sara has dedicated her career to supporting and developing teams within the not-for-profit sector. Having started her HR journey in 2008, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with working in education and not for profit organisations. A period of working in a pupil facing role at a primary school has also ensured that Sara fully understands the unique rewards and challenges that working in education brings. Passionate about fostering positive workplace cultures, Sara focuses on ensuring that both staff and pupils thrive through effective HR strategies, policies, and leadership.
